Dog Boarding

Requirements

Vaccinations

  • Canine Lodgers:
    • Rabies
    • DA2PP (Distemper/Parvo Vaccine)
    • Bordatella
    • CIV (Canine Influenza Vaccine) is recommended but not required. 

  • Feline Lodgers:
    • Rabies
    • FVRCP
    • FeLV (Feline Leukemia Vaccine) is recommended but not required. 

For our guests who are unable to receive vaccines due to allergic reactions, immunocompromisation or other illness a letter from their primary veterinarian must be submitted annually.

All vaccinations must be administered by a veterinarian. We do not accept vaccines that were purchased over the counter and administered at home. Vaccines must be administered at least 72 hours prior to reservations.

Flea and Tick Prevention

Between the months of between the months of April and October, all our canine lodgers and feline guests who spend time outside at home are required to have a veterinary prescribed flea and tick preventative. Please note for your pets safety that we do not accept or recommend any flea collars or Hartz brand products. 

Accepted forms of proof for flea and tick administration can include;

  • An invoice from your DVM office.
  • An invoice from the online pharmacy you purchased the product from.
  • The box of flea/tick prevention with prescription label in pet’s name.

If fleas are found on your furry friend during their stay, they will be required to receive treatment at the owner's expense.

We encourage you to speak with your veterinarian to find a product that works for your pets individual needs.

Meet and Greet

All canine guests are required to schedule a Meet and Greet prior to any boarding reservation. This is a scheduled day of fun (at no cost to you!) for your pet to meet our team, get accustom to the facility and maybe even make some new friends! We ask that new guests arrive by 9:30am and head home no sooner than 3:00pm. 

Additional Requirements

Guests who meet our special needs conditions or are considered geriatric will be required to provide a copy of lab work as well as a letter of health by their veterinarian annually. Please visit our Special Needs Requirements page for more information.
