Pricing

All boarding includes:

A complimentary physical exam upon check in, raised plush bedding, twice a day feedings, water all day, bedtime treat, medication administration if needed, a.m. and p.m. wellness checks, Canine: play time 5-7 times daily in private play yard with friends of the same size, Feline: play time in cattery every 30-60 minutes. As needed housekeeping, periodic massage, cuddle time and love throughout their stay.

Requirements

Vaccinations

• Canine Lodgers: Rabies, DA2PP (Distemper/Parvo) and Bordatella (administered at least 72 hours prior to boarding)
• Feline Lodgers: Rabies and FVRCP (administered at least 72 hours prior to boarding)

For our guests who are unable to receive vaccines due to allergic reactions, immunocompromisation or other illness a letter from their primary veterinarian must be submitted annually.

All vaccinations must be administered by a Veterinarian. We do not except vaccines that were purchased over the counter and administered at home.

In the case of emergency vaccines can be provided by Zia Pet Hospital on a case by case basis.

Additional Requirements

Between the months of April and October, our canine lodgers are required to have a veterinary prescribed flea and tick preventative. Please see the list below for accepted preventative options.

Please note that we do not accept any flea collars, Hartz brand or over the counter products.

Holiday boarding reservations require a 20% down deposit at the time the reservation is made. If you need to cancel your boarding stay, please give notice of cancellation seven (7) days prior to your day of drop off. We can refund your deposit or use as a credit for another stay.

Though we are a well animal boarding facility, in the event veterinary care is needed, we will immediately have your loved one seen at Zia Pet Hospital or The Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center of New Mexico.
