If your pet cannot receive vaccines due to a previous vaccine reaction, immunocompromisation, or is not recommended to receive additional vaccines due to age or illness, please provide a letter from your veterinarian stating the following; What vaccine your pet cannot receive, when the the event that discontinued your pet’s vaccines protocol occurred and that your pet is otherwise deemed healthy enough to stay at the facility. Please note that your pet will only be able to do play times with family members or as one on one time with the staff.
If you have performed vaccines titers on your pet and they have accurate levels of immunity your pet can attend group play.
